Co-Founders

 Parker Anger co-founded Black Sheep Supply Co. after more than two decades in retail, wholesale, and brand development. With a strong foundation in fashion and apparel—where he launched and grew multiple successful brands—Parker transitioned into the plant-based medicine space in 2020 when he began his cannabis journey as Chief Marketing Officer for a growing multi-state operator, leading successful market expansions. Ultimately, he realized his true passion lies in supporting a wide range of brands by leveraging his deep expertise in sourcing, design, and marketing. 

Jeff Nicholas brings a diverse background and skillset to the cannabis industry.  Jeff attended The Philadelphia Restaurant School where he learned the value of great service.  Following his time in the service industry, he went to work for Connection as the Manager of Microsoft's S.A.M. Team.  While building a successful team, and working with several Fortune 500 companies, his heart was always in cannabis.  After 12 years, he decided to follow his passion, and joined the cannabis industry full time at one of the  largest packaging and ancillary companies in the marketplace.  While working there, he was able to utilize his operational prowess, but felt the industry as a whole was lacking on the service and accountability component that he found imperative, when building long lasting relationships.  After two years of working for others, he formed his own company, Black Sheep Supply Co., to best utilize his unique set of skills. He was recently accepted into the inaugural Ganjier class to become one of the world first certified cannabis sommelier. And he looks forward to bringing this unique knowledge to the packaging and supply space.
